Assistant Controller Basic Function: Supervises day-to-day activities of the Accounting
Department; Leads and performs month-end closing and procedures for all companies;
Prepares financial reports; Works directly with the Corporate Controller.
Typical Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2. Five to seven years' experience including demonstrated experience and expertise in:
a. General ledger accounting
b. Working with manufacturing and ERP accounting systems
c. Managing or overseeing an accounting department or function.
d. Budgeting and/or forecasting.
3. Excellent computer skills-proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel/Word
PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Visual ERP system is a plus.
4. Exceptional problem solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
5. Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
6. Flexibility and experience in change management.
7. Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.

1. Accounting Clerks, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll
functions
