We're looking for a savvy, focused and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join the Moore Water Treatment family! The ideal candidate is an energetic brand ambassador who has a passion for making valuable connections with potential clients in the neighborhoods we serve.
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for introducing clients to our high quality Water Treatment Solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You'll successfully turn assigned leads (NO COLD CALLS) into loyal customers by appropriately assessing their water treatment needs, and providing a tailored solution.
Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations Provide potential clients an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Individuals who thrive both independently and as part of a team Genuine desire to build a career in sales Drive and commitment to achieving individual and company goals Ability to build strong relationships through effective communication with both clients and co-workers High level of personal accountability, problem solving skills and resourcefulness Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and tact Some prior experience in a sales environment High energy to create a want and need for our product WHAT WE OFFER:
Competitive compensation -- $80,000 -$120,000 average first year with seasoned reps earning over 200K.
Recognition -- Top performer incentives including substantial bonuses, dinners and trips.
